Anyone have an idea why my x51v is not getting all my contacts?

The software from dell had me upgrade from OE to outlook. I imported my contacts to outlook, and sync'd the axim, but all my contacts are not showing up. Any helpful ideas?

Check the directory where your contacts are beingstored. I had a similar issue with my tasks, and found that they were not being stored in the tasks folder, but in a backup folder. I moved them to the correct folder and they synced fine.

Thanks for the suggestions

After hours of frustration, I got it worked out. The problem was not in the axim, but outlook itself, and where it stores the contacts. I only spent 4 hrs on the phone, first with dell, who said it's not their problem - call Microsoft. Called MS, they said since I didn't buy the Outlook from them(it was provided by Dell) and it was out of warranty period, they wouldn't support it - call Dell. Back and forth for 2 1/2 hrs between the two of them. Finally, after some shamefull thoughts and language, someone made a command decision to help, and 15 min later it works!

Sooooooooooooooo, where did you look to find the Contacts? It doesn't just jump right out and say here I am. Can you tell me the name of the folders to look for?

I'm using WM2003SE, Outlook2002, XP, AS3.7

Thanks.
