How to sync with 2 computers

This is an unbelievably basic question, but I bought the Dell Axim primarily because I was having trouble remembering my home versus work appointments or tasks and I wanted a device that would synchronize so I could see both at once. I keep trying to synchronize with either computer (home or work) and I keep having to delete one location in order to synch with another. It results in multiples of my re-occurring appointment is Outlook. I use outlook at home and at work. What am I missing? I keep looking for a very basic tutorial on how to sync with more than one computer and I can't locate anything that basic. Dell Axim X51- purchased 2 months ago.

Try this: go to Settings - Connections - USB to PC, and uncheck the box for Enable advanced network functionality.

This is assuming that Vista is not on either PC.

How about when doing that you get a message:
"failed to disable RNDIS to use serial."

I don't even know what RNDIS is.

Thanks!
