ask a stupid question????

i am trying to send my calendar and appointment details to my sony ericsson t68i via infrared but cannot find the files on the axim. how the hmm do i navigate to the file to transmit it.

I'm not sure you can send your entire calendar. You can open your calendar, hold your stylus on an appointment until the menu appears, and "Beam Appointment..." to send individual appointments.
Another thing you can do is sync to a computer's Outlook, and copy those to another device.
(not a stupid question - I've seen stupid questions)

thanks for your reply, this is my set up:
i have a p.c that i sync with, and the phone will sync with a pc via infrared, which my pc doesnt have, so i need to sync theaxim to the pc, then the phone to the axim......
it is too laborious to do each item individually and i will miss stuff
any ideas???
