what is dvd ripping, and how do you do it? Just asking questions incase it ever comes ( I live in Beijing)

Basically, it's the extraction of the movie files located on the DVD to your PC.

For more info checkout the following sites:

www.doom9.org

and

www.vcdhelp.com

they have the info on how to do it, and what software to use.
