I'm used to using Outlook for calendar reminders from my work computer, so I was fine with having that same system on the Axim and now on my home PC. But as far as I'm realizing, there is no way to set a daily or weekly recurrence for a calendar entry or task directly from the Axim, only from the PC. The Axim only gives you the options of "every Sunday", "Day 13 of every month", or "Every July 13", but not the daily option of the PC version. The whole point of having a mobile device is to be able to input things wherever you are and whenever you think of them, and sometimes I want to put in a daily reminder but apparently can't on the Axim. As of now, I've had to set a one-time alarm on the Axim to remind me when I'm home to add a daily reminder about something on my PC's Outlook. That works, but really seems unnecessary. Anyway, if that is not possible to do directly on the Axim, then what are some good add-on programs that can do daily reminder/alarms?

Actually, it is possible. When you select a new appointment and tap on the 'Occurs' choice, it has the choices you list plus an "<Edit pattern...>" If you select this, you can select the time, then Next and this next screen allows you to select multiple days of the week. If you highlight each week day, it should give you the daily reminder.

I think that's what you want, right?

Yes, thank you! I saw the 'edit pattern' thing, but didn't catch the 'NEXT'!

Don't know if it is important to you (it is to me) but what you can't do is schedule the 6th (or the 15th...) workday of the month.
