Is there any way to load information on the Axim from the PC by inputing it on the laptop then have it merge with the Axim on the next Sync? So far I've been loading contact info and appt info on the Axim directly then haveing it sync'd on the pc... gotta be a better way.

Under options in Active sync there is something that says replace data on Axim or Append or overwrite Axim data on the PC. I think this is what you need/want.
I enter contacts into two computers and sync by appending. It filters out double postings, but now my work PC is the same as my home PC by way of contacts--by choice.

hmmm that sounds like it's what I'm looking for. I hate to bring up the palm but that's what I was doing on the palm and it seemed to work, update on the laptop and it would sync the palm to the same data base. Great system as it's easier to input data on the Dell Laptop. I'll try it tonight and see how it works..
