installing to a specific folder in SD card

I don't think you can do that. You may of course move the program after installation and change the shortcut.
but that will probably lead to other problems like uninstall not finding the program an so on, so I won't recommend it.

yeah, i thought so too. I just hate seeing my sd card with messy folder names and junk all around

this is definitely a must-have improvement in later versions.
