New Axim, transfer question...

Hi folks!
My Axim just arrived yesterday. I ordered it via phone on 7/21.
So, I'm a happy camper.
I have a basic question I was wondering if someone could help me out with.
How do I transfer data from my desktop PC to the Axim?
For instance, I have a picture in MY PICTURES on my PC, how do I get it onto my Axim?
Or, I have an Excel file in MY DOCUMENTS on my PC that I want on my Axim.

Sync with the computer. Once the computer is through syncing, there is a button that says Explore. Click on that, and just copy and paste your pictures or excel file onto the Axim. Be warned, though, that any graphic images in the Excel file won't carry over.
