Connection set-up at Work
I've set up my Inetrnet Connection for Home use but I also want to use it at work. How do I set it up? I do need to dial 9 before getting an outside line at work. Do I use the same access number that I use for home or must I use a different one?
Thanks to all for your help.

Should that answer not come from your ISP?

I am assuming that you have a PBX phone system at work. If you have to use 9 to dial out, then just modify your ISP settings on your ppc and it should work. However, be weary that your line is an analog line and not a digital line. If your line if definately analog, you should have no problem. I do this all the time at work. My main phone is digital but our phone company installed a modem line for me which requires a "9" to dial out.

But how do I modify my ISP settings on my ppc? I have a modem on my ppc that dials the access number for my ISP but what do I put in when I dial from the office that requires that I dial 9 first? Do Iput the number I'm dialing from?
