Removing Old Program Icons

I recently removed some programs that I had installed, basically practicing the sequence. For some reason, I was able to unistall the programs correctly from the Axim, using Settings and Remove Software, however, for some reason I still have a generic icon left on the programs screen.

How do I get rid of those generic icons? If you click on the icon, nothing happens.

Thanks!

It's even easier if you browse to the directory mentioned above on a connected PC and delete the icons. If you want to make any other changes then this way is much easier than the whole tap'n'hold thing.
