I just got the ATI All-In-Wonder 8500 for my PC. Still learning how to use that and now, I am also veering left and right on the Axim learning curve. :o B)

How do I go from a file recorded on the All-In-Wonder to encoding for DIVX/MVP?
I have 2 SD 128 cards and a couple of regular CF128s. Can I encode an hour long program?

If you could walk me through the steps, I'd really appreciate that.

Thanks.

I am in the process of writing a new version of this :
Pocket Matrix - DVD to DivX

I use different techniques....but would be hard to express without visuals....Give some time for
our tutorials to come online and we'll have you covered....

The above link should help a great deal though !

:D

Thanks for answering so quickly. I don't think my All-In-Wonder is a DVD though...

Skip to the point where they start 'converting', that should be the info you need.

"This part of the guide can be used for DVD sources from part one as well as for converting ANY other video source readable by VirtualDub, this contains standard .AVI files as well as MPEG1, for example downloaded music videos, trailers etc." The files your All-in-wonder outputs should be readable by VirtualDub.
