Downloading a Game to CF card

Hello,

I'm going to purchase Sorcery PDA (my first Axim game!) and was wondering if someone could give me a step by step for downloading it to my CF card. I just downloaded the demo, all of 10 seconds worth, and it didn't go very smoothly. I'm not even sure how I got it on the Ax. Handango indicated that since it was a .exe file all I had to do was double click the icon on my desktop and installation would be automatic. Well it wasn't and after unzipping it and double clicking one of the icons on the desktop it eventually showed up on my Ax, but like I said after killing one skeleton, that was it! Any way, the Sorcery PDA site had a laundry list of instructions for downloading to the Ax and I wanted to see if maybe someone could simplify the process for a computer-unsavvy person like myself. Thanks.

To install a program on the CF card you start the installation on the desktop, and when asked if you want to install the program in the default installation folder answer no. Then you will be able to select to install on the CF card.

What you installed was the trial version. That is indeed all you can do with the trial. To play the actual game you need to buy it.

I would highly recommend waiting awhile before buying sorcery. The only available modules are Mod 1 part 1, Mod 1 part 2, and mod 2 part 1. They have encountered a lot of bugs with the Axim and instead of trying to get an Axim themselves, they are relying on other Axim users to test it for them, and then say they cannot replicate the errors.

Thanks for the info. I'll hold off on the game for awhile. Are there any problems with the Everquest game and the Axim?
