CompactFlash or Secure Digital?
A bit confused by the two. I am purchasing a Wifi Compact Flash card. So will I still be able to use Secure Digital, the same ways as I would use the Compact Flash? I here Secure Digital is used for backups? Im confused because I dont have my axim yet.

Get a Secure digital to load your media/programs and leave the CF slot open for your WiFi card- when you're not using wireless- its nice to have a spare CF card too for stuff-

Yes, the Axim has both SD and CF slots, so you can use one, the other, or both.

I keep an SD card in at all times, and swap out CF cards if I'm doing WiFI/Ethernet/etc.

It's not quite true that you can use either the SD or CF card slot any way you want to. The SD card slot can only be used for memory because it is not an SDI/O type. The CF card can be used for most any card, but some cards have clearance problems.
