To surf or not to surf, that is the question.

Hey,

I am a young student who doesn't travel all that much in a year. Sure I have to fly home for holidays and what not, but nothing to heavy. The question is should I invest in a WiFi card or the modem card? My ISP comes with my home highspeed as well as free 56k dial-up. The catch is you can only use this in major cities in Ontario where the ISP operates (unless i want to pay long distance charges). I don't also want to pay for the Truemobile pay as you go method for WiFi as I don't visit many starbucks or borders book stores too often...I would like some advice on which I should invest in! Thanks! oh, and you have probably guessed, being a student doesn't offer me the luxury of having both !
