PIE Stopped Working

Greetings,

I am running PPC2k2 and recently my PIE stopped working. When I click on a link or try to open any page, the little globe pops up for a split second, goes away, and the pages does not change. This happens both with my WiFi card and when I am docked.

I recently installed PocketTweak to change my font sizes but also briefly enabled "ClearType" for PIE. Has anyone had any experiences with PocketTweak affecting PIE? I can't fathom what else may have caused this, but I am open to suggestions.

Also, if anyone has come across this, what was the work around (I hope it's not a hard reset

)

I've had this problem several times. Only way I've found to get around it is hard reset... Haven't tested this hypothesis yet, but I think it happens when you install AIM for CE to a location other than the default. Anyone else have any input?

You may be able to reset the network configuration files by running Welcome.exe from the windows directory. This has worked for me.
