Have had no problem stting up my Axim except for the monthly Calendar screen.
Only some of the appoinments show on the "monthly" view in calendar.
All of the appointmens transferred during the Synchronization process, all 601 items. But for some unknown reason only the items on the PC outlook screen that did NOT have a box outline around them show up on the Axim calendar month screen.
If I click on any individual date, that does happen to have an appointment present, it will display all the pertinent data.
Of course this is not good enough, because the whole concept of using the caledar in the first place is to get an overall view of all of your appointments. If you have to find them by clicking each day one by one you have lost the value of the calendar.
I, of course have tried all of the options that I could find on the Axim screen to no avail.
I am guessing there must be some setting on the PC Outlook program that has to be adjusted.
Iam sure the program should display all of the appointments on the monthly screen option because it does this nicely on my Casio PDA's.
I have been unable to get through to Dell on the phone. They dont have a number to call for the Axim Tech service. You have to call the number for PC's and then they transfer you to the Axim people, only the call was disconnected by them. So one has to start the whole proceedure over again. May be I will try again at 2AM tonight!
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks Don terrana

Same thing happened to me. I thought I was going crazy. I also noticed that my "alarms" wouldn't go off either. Solution: While your Axim is on, press the reset button. This is the same as rebooting your pc. You won't loose anything.

The pocketpc software appears to be buggy. I noticed that when I first started playing with mine, I immediatley set up "fake" appointments/meetings to hear how load the alarm was. It worked for a few days. then I noticed it wouldn't go off anymore. I also remembered that my monthl calendar view didn't show any "little blue squares". I thought that was odd, because I swore I saw them on there before. And like you said, that would defeat the purpose of having a calendar view.

Give the reset a try, and then check out your calendar view.
