Uninstalled, icons still there ?

Hi,

I installed bunch of games from handango or the other site, where they gave free trial for a game pack. I uninstalled them via activesync, now the file icons are still showing up at the Programs screen. When I click on them it says: Cannot find "GAME" (or one of its components) Make sure the path and filename ar ecorrect and all the required libraries are available.

What do to?

just found one way, went into file explorer, windows, start menu, programs and those that don't work have the generic microsoft icon, and file sizes are 34B, 56B, etc.. I assume they are just shortcuts, and can be deleted... Are there any other trace or files that i need to remove to make sure they dont occupy and memory... ??

Just delete the shortcut... go to windows : start menu : programs on your axim and delete it from there....

go inside your file explorer program, my device>windows>start menu>programs.

Find the icon and delete it.

This is something I recently learned also!!!

You know what i did after i didnt post fast enough???? I opened up mavis becon to check my speed..... 85-90 WPM..... I guess thats ok for someone my age....

I'm not THAT fast!! I have seen the folks at work who type at 100-110 wpm. I am around 65-75 depending on if i'm clickin that day or not!

I have gotten WAY faster in recent years (w/my J-O-B and all)

I used to type about 30-35 wpm. Now that is slow!

Wow.. just a several icons got people into a lot of trouble and doubting their typing skills.
