Worried Problems with syncing

I have recently noticed that my Axim will change the times of some of my appointments. When I sync something with my computer, the Axim will change the times of some of my appointments to one hour later than they are scheduled on my computer. I have tried a soft reset, but to no avail. I am wondering if a hard reset is necessary or if anyone has had this problem and knows a solution. Thanks.

CHeck that both machines are in the same time zone and on the same Daylight Savings setting. What gets synced is UMT, then each system calculates to the local time, so if one of them is wrong you get that one with wrong times.

Time zones

I guess this is a stupid question, but which time zone on the Axim is for Central standard in the USA? I have it set for the Indiana time, but I'm thinking that they do not account for day-light savings time there.
