I installed a program called shutdown that i found in the download section of the forums. I uninstalled it but the icon is still in the programs menu. When i click it, it tells me there are no files assoiated with it. What can I do to get rid of it. I have already tried re-installing and un-installing.

Use File Explorer go to Windows > Start Menu > Programs

You should see the icon then simply delete it.
