WCESMgr.exe Message
Please help!!!
I keep getting the above message...I have spoken to Dell Support everyday. First they have me do a soft reset...doesn't work....Hard reset....doesn't work. Then I have to remove ActiveSync and re-install...works for the day and then next day I start this whole process again. Please help me! I am a novice and need simple instructions! I so want to love my Axim, but it is only causing me anger and frustration.

I know that Symantec/Norton antivirus has a known conflict with WCESmgr.exe. I get the message about once a week. The solution is to upgrade your antivirus software to the latest version or to stop the Symantec Antivirus service, start ActiveSync and the restart the service.

I am on a desktop....as to the anti-virus software...I work for a University and I am at their mercy.

I was told by Dell Support that next week a patch will be coming out that may fix the problem...any one hear of such a patch? I have also posted this question on the Dell site and have not heard back from any of the support people.
