Question axim to digital projector

Are there in other ways to present a power point presentation on a digital projector other than this product:

Presenter-to-Go CompactFlash Card

It uses a compact flash card with a cable to connect to projector. Is this the only way? Can't use the crade and it's usb cable?

Thanks.

There are some other similar products - I have one called FlyPresenter by LifeView which works reasonably well and is quite a bit cheaper than the Margi product.

I don't know of any way to use the sync cable/cradle for passing through to a projector if that's what you are asking. If you are going to do that, why not just transfer the presentation to the PC?

I am into exploring all possible applications and procedures for how I can use th Axim at my work.

We have a projector in the office and one laptop. The Laptop has been out of the office on jobsites very frequently. It would be nice if I where able to use my Axim as an alternative to take along for some progess presentations for our clients.

Also I want to demonstrate how our office can use Handhelds for our day to day operations.

So if you see some of my posts and wonder why did he ask that question, it seems stupid. I am just trying to develop ways to increase productivty in the office using handhelds.

And as always thanks for your advice and help.:D

No, I didn't think it was a stupid question - I just wanted to make sure you hadn't overlooked the obvious (of just transferring the file).

As far as the FlyPresenter I mentioned, it also has standard video and s-video outputs for connecting to a TV. If you have any interest, do a search on the site and you'll find a couple of people that have posted opinions - one fairly positive and one somewhat negative. Personally, I think it's pretty good for the price (~$120 if I remember correctly) as a backup system although I wouldn't use it as a replacement for a laptop.
