How do I convert a PDF to fit my PDA?

If a company has tagged their pdf files adobe reader for ppc works great. But if the material has not been tagged which is sometimes the case then adobe ppc will work but you will need the scroll bar(it won't fit perfectly on your handheld.

To get material tagged you need to purchase adobe acrobat.

Many times graphical text in the PDF is not displayed in PPC Adobe Reader it's just black lines.
Is there a solution to this?

Probably not. Many PDF files are not optimized to run on Pocket PCs. The only way you might be able to fix them is to modify them in Adobe Acrobat.
