Using Help on Mobile 2003

Hi. I have used my new Axim 5 with the latest OS for a few weeks. When trying to look at the Help meny (Start - Help) nothing happens. I have opened some help issues from the Help folder, but Help for Windows Media Player will not open. I am trying to play an MPEG file by cliking on the name in a folder, but it states that it is not supported by any registered program. I was then starting Windows Media Player, but can't see how I open the file from the player program. How do I get the Help system to work and how do I play MPEG on Windows Media Player. Sorry if the question is to stupid.

I was to quick to ask for help. After a soft reset all menues worked fine. I also could see that Windows media player does not support MPEG movies, so that solves that

You may be ahead of me on this, but you can import the MPEG file into Widows XP Movie Maker and save as .wmv for the Axim Media Player. I have done this with an .avi file.
