Hi..

I have a quick question.

I originally purchased 2 axims back in december, one for myself and one for a buddy. Sold mine and will be taking my buddys one since he rarely used it at all.

But this unit's D-pad is not working correctly at all. My question is that if i send it in will i get a refurbished unit or a newer one, and maybe be lucky enough to get a unit with a newer rom? i have read of someone on the board here getting a newer unit. Would this be in most cases now?And would they ship fast, well fast for dell anyway.

As I dont think the have older version lying around you probably will receive a newer version.
