Hi ,
I just bought a Dell Axim X51 and found out how to connect to the Internet
with wifi. But I have difficulties to get a connection via a modem card.
The modem is dialing but does't get a connection to T-online which is may Inernet Provider. Trie to get some help from T-online, but there is not much expierence. Is ther someone who can help?

Somebody else can answer better than me but is the modem card even needed. With a landline phone axim x51v will recognize the wireless network automatically. :hide:

Since I don't have anything here but dialup, I use an Ambiicam EZjack PC card modem in the x51. Setting up a separate connection for it in the Axim, with a local earthlink number and my same password, it works fine (horribly slow of course). Sorry I don't know what your trouble is but wanted to reassure you it's doable. I expect your problem is in how you set up your connection in the Axim.....
