Alan: AVI is the format I use for videos. TCPMP plays my AVI files with no problems. Are you sure you have installed all the plugins?
Do you receive a message when you try to play AVI files in TCPMP? Check to make sure the AVI file association is selected within TCPMP:
Open up TCPMP, select Options > Settings > Select Page > File Associations > look for "Video files (AVI,DIVX,GVI)" and make sure it is selected. If this is not an option here, then you are missing a plugin.

Your comment is ridiculous and unwarrented! Do you even know anything at all about TCPMP?

My point was simply, he had already installed TCPMP at which point Julie told him to get TCPMP after he had clearly stated he had already aquired it. Her second post is all that was required. I understand the moderators are here to help but i guess, with them trying to help so many people all the time the responses can seem scripted and robotic at times.
No big deal. I read a lot of threads here and on other forums and sometimes I don't read them as carefully as I should. It's not the first time I haven't gotten all the detail before posting and probably won't be the last time, but believe it or not, most of the replies I post are originally typed and not copied and pasted.

Sorry for hijacking, but I thought it might be related....
I have .AVI files that play fine on my x51v using TCPMP. I want to be able to watch them on my PC at work which has no DVD player or SD card reader. At one point a while back, i had a demo of a program that would allow you to use the Axim as the reader, and send the video to the PC using the Axim USB cable. I cannot find the software doing a search (can't remember the name) , and then again there might be something newer out there.
Try My Mobile - My Mobiler. I just tried it today and it works great for viewing/controlling your PDA from your computer, although I'm not sure how good it will be for viewing videos. Let us know.
