Is there a Pocket Access program available anywhere ? Have seen references to it, but can't seem to find it. How about this ACCESS Manger program available from Handango...anybody with experience in it ? Really want to manage Access date on my new Axim. Thanks

Pocket Access was released only for the HPC -- Handheld PC -- clam-shell units that had a full keyboard included. It is not for the PPC. This was Microsoft's decision, and it seems to have been a poor one, as HPCs are no longer available.

You will have to use a 3rd party program. I don't want to mention any, as I haven't used them. There are other threads on this topic with various opinions.

There is no Pocket Access for the Axim. I use ListPro and find that it is more than adequate for my needs.

If you are looking for a fully powered, highly functional database, I would suggest SprintDB. It is available through Handango. I believe the trial is for 30 days. Their web site is www.kaione.com.

I'm using HanDbase (sp?) and I like it...they have an evaluation version too. It all depends on what you want it for.

After trying out the various other database programs, I chose SprintDB Pro. It seemed to be the fullest featured of any of the others, and the interface was intuitive and readily imported/exported Access compatible files without any problems.
