Question Trouble syncing Excel & Word

Hi.

I'm having a problem and I'm wondering if I could get some help.

Everything seems to sync to/from my Axim/pc except my Excel and Word files.

When I first got my new AX, I copied some files into the "Axim My Documents" folder on my desktop, and they synced up with the Axim ok. All of a sudden, they are gone from the desktop folder. The files are in my Axim alright.
I do sync up to my pc at home and at work as well.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Johnny B

Hi,

Open activesynch. Select options and check to see if the files box is checked. I've had to check several times..either the schedule wasn't set right or the files weren't selected.

You should see a list of all the files that are on the Axim. Look for yours.

BJ,
The files in the folder that shows, is the one on my pc, I guess, and is not representative of the files in my AX.
Any more suggestions?

OK.

I finally got it.

I just went into Windows Explorer and copied the files from the AX to the folder on my pc.

I appreciate the help!

OK,

I think I may have figured out what happened.
Originally, my excel files were in my main memory.
When I bought and installed mu SD Memory, I moved the files onto it.
I'm now thinking that it was around this time that they stopped syncing up to the "Axim - Mt Documents" folder on my PC's (both home and at work).

Does this sound right to anyone?
