X50-X51 differences besides OS?

My first post...ahh..question

I have a X50 with WM5 OS upgrade. What else is different in the X51?

The X51 has more storage built into it, and it uses a different type of memory chip (nand instead of nor... or vice versa i forget which).

The difference in memory is the reason why the X51 runs wm5 faster and in a more stable way than the x5-

Wrong! Depending on which model you have, the X51 has the same amount of flash rom as the X50.
