Ok well it doesnt have Wireless capability. it only has Bluetooth. and i need more space. now heres where im stuck.

1. I want internet. theres a Bluetooth adapter at radio shack for 40 with 364 foot range. good for house internet.

2. Im thinking about getting a wirless adapter soon ( i have no clue when. )

3. i have some selling me a Dell PDA ( suppost to bring it in monday )

4. i want a SD card that 2 gigs( $20 ) or 4 gigs( $35-40 )

now i dont know what to do. whats best for now and what can i get in the long run? this is my first PDA i have owned so i can use your input. what would you go for first? put one of the options like 1 2 3 or 4 and a resoan why. thanks

Welcome to the site!

Does your home have wireless internet? If so, I'd definitely get a wifi card and not the BT card for internet access on your X50. Even if you didn't already have wireless internet at home, I would avoid going the BT route. It's slow with limited range. These days, getting a wireless router is pretty cheap, and will allow your entire home to have wireless internet access.

As for the SD card, those prices seem high. I don't know where you're located, but if you're in the US, newegg.com has good prices.

BTW, I'm not sure what you mean by #3. Do you mean you already an X50 and will be getting another Dell PDA on Monday?

If you can get an Axim (or any other PDA) with built-in wireless, that would be much simpler than getting a wireless card for your X50. You'd also be saving the CF slot for CF cards and other accessories.

I don't live in the US so I can't really advise you on where to find things cheap. I know newegg is well-priced and reputable, so you can start there. Also look up price comparison sites like Google Product Search to get an idea of the prices out there. There's always Ebay for stuff, but I would avoid it for memory cards as it's known for lots of fakes and defective stuff.
