is it ok to leave a PDA on?

well when its in the dock is it ok to leave me Dell axim x50 on all the time?

During the week, my x51v stays on in the dock most of the day. I've been doing this for 2+ years with no problems.

Edit: I should have added that it's on as well. To answer Zaniax below, I need it on to use it throughout the day.

You can set the screen to turn off after a certain time period, to increase it's lifespan. Other than that, it shouldn't be an issue.
