I just got an Axim secon-hand from someone who came in my store and needed money. The problem is that I am having a hard time finding the drivers etc I need to make it at least be seen as an external storage device. I am using WinXP and am sure that if it were the USB cradle, I could make it work, but it is Serial... any hints/tips/ where can I get the software I need?

Also, if I can find active sync... will that allow me to transfer mp3s to the device etc?

Any help is appreciated...

Active Sync is avaliable from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/r...DisplayLang=en

You can drag&drop to the Axim just like a extra storage device after you have activesync installed. Then listen to MP3's etc. If you have an InfaRed (IR) port on your computer you can also beam them back and forth.

If points were assigned to posts that answered questions, I would buy 15000 and give them all to you... THANKS!!! And I do not have an IR port on my computer because as a serious gamer I chose to keep the extra resources etc... available!:p
