Hello everyone...

I just got my self a 2nd hand but like new x50. (not V)

It has the 520Mhz Chip and it has the WM2003SE Version 4.21.1088 Rom A03

I would like to ask you which are the upgrades you would recommend.

I am not interested in experimental software like WM6 if they're not meant to be for my PDA.

Just proven functionality and reliability that matches my hardware.

IE Which was the last upgrade release and is it worth the upgrade?

I already ordered a 2GB SD and a 4GB CF (Both non HC)

I would like to use it for web access, outlook, skype and eventually a GPS.

By the way, mine doesn't seem to have Outlook... Just a calendar but not outlook... Is that normal?

Last question... :love: Which is the recommended ActiveSync version? Shoot for the last one or what?

The calendar and contacts that are built in are pocket outlook. It will sync with your desktop. I don't know what you mean by upgrades, do you mean software? The IE that comes with your pocket pc is all you get. You can download another browser, like Opera or the several others that are out there. There are no real upgrades unless you mean changing your OS.
