Problems connecting Axim X51 & SX Blue II Receiver
Hi Everyone,

I have tried to find some earlier posts regarding connection and port problems with the Axim x51's and various GPS receivers. I was hoping someone out there had specific experience connecting the Axim to the SX Blue II by Geneq, Inc.?

We have 3 different receivers we use, but for some reason, the Dell only seemed to pair up with one specific receiver. The settings were recently changed by a co-worker, and now we can no longer connect to any of our receivers. I know it's a port issue, when we try to re-connect it's now stating that the port on Com7 can not be created.

Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

Thanks.

you may want to consider gpsgate if you are using multiple gps products with one device. it makes testing and swapping components a lot easier and clears up a lot of unknowns like those of which you are dealing with
