Will the Perfect Prism drivers work with the internal Wifi of the Axim X50?

Why would you need these drivers? The X50 rom already has drivers to handle the internal wireless card. Besides, the prism drivers are designed for WM2002 and WM2003. The X50 runs WM2003 SE as the stock os and you can also put WM5 on it.

afaik the radio on your device does not use a prism chipset. unless your using a pcmcia sleeve or some kind of prism cf card or something, as stated above, you shouldnt install drivers that you dont need

Ok thanks for the info. I wanted the drivers to run a few of the better wireless tools is why I was askin.

For one thing promiscuous mode seems to be lacking, but that may be because of hardware not implementing NDIS fully.
But I don't know.
