I try to send a Microsoft Word file from my laptop to my Dell Axim X51V but keep getting an error message: "Sending of Business Card Failed".
I have sent other Word and Excel files with no issues.
Can anyone help?

OOOppps... Forgot... I am sending files via Bluetooth

Hiya.
Make sure both PDA's Bluetooth are set to discoverable.

You can do this by:
1. If you have a Bluetooth icon on the lower-right hand corner, click it. If not, go to Start-->Settings-->Connections-->Bluetooth.
2. Then find the "Mode" tab.
3. Make sure "Turn on Bluetooth" and "Make this device visible to other devices" are checked for BOTH PDAs.
