help setting up my pda...

:realmad:well hell... i finally got my cradle and companion cd; so me being all excited thinking i be all cool with my pda, try setting up with the companion cd... well come to find out the active sync is not compatable with vista so thinking i'll just get the info from microsoft. well lets just say i'm a little slower than i really thaught.i cant get it tosync right i tried syncing with windows media and that just dont work... so now i'm at my wits end can someone please help... witch active sync do i use??? i tried 4.2 but its uncompatable and i also tried 6.1 and nothing can some one please help??? please give a newbie some guidence......

Did you try searching for the info you requested? It seems there are lots and lots of threads talking about your very issue. I just searched for Vista and Active Sync and found all kinds of info.

For Vista you need to use Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC).
You can download it from the Microsoft website for free here.
