You can probably find it in your routers settings page.
To get to this page you need to find your Default Gateway.
Go to Start, Run and type in "cmd" (no quotes) and press enter.
At the black command prompt screen type "ipconfig" (no quotes) and press enter.
You should see a ###.###.#.# after the words Default Gateway.
Copy this address down including periods and type it into the address bar of your browser.
You may get a password prompt. If u have no idea what it is, it is probably set to its default.

Find your router manufacturer and model #. It should be printed on the router somewhere.
Once logged in, you have access to all the info for your router. Pages very by router so i cant tell you where to find your info exactly, but it should be within the pages somewhere.
Feel free to browse around it as long as you dont mess with anything and save it, you wont do any damage.
