You can sync to two different computers. Just delete the existing partnerships with both computers and set them up again from scratch. When you sync for the first time, ActiveSync will recognize that there is data on both devices and prompt you to choose between 3 options: 1) Combine the data; 2) Replace the data on the pocket pc with the data from the computer; 3) Do nothing.
If you choose the 1st option and you have some of the same data on both the pocket pc and the computer, this data will be duplicated in both places.
If you choose the 2nd option and you have unique data on the pocket pc (that is not on the computer), you will lose that data.
Probably your best bet is to spend some time inputting the unique data that is currently on your pocket pc to your computer, then you won't risk losing any data when you sync and choose the 2nd option. Though you could choose the 1st option and then plan to spend time deleting duplicate data. I guess it really boils down to which choice will require the most effort from you.
Of course, it is always a good idea to backup your pocket pc before you sync for the first time. Then if things don't go as expected, you can restore from the backup and you will not have lost any data.
