I' trying to use active sync with my axim X50. I am able to sync the following:Favorites, pocket access, in box and files. The others say attention required. I've tried to "resolve" but it tells me to remove the devise from the cradle and reinsert it, Nothing seems to work Can you make some recommendations?

First - Welcome to Mobilitysite. Lots of good info and ppl here.

Second - What ROM version do you have in the AX and which version of AS are you using.

You should be on A05 on the AX and 4.2 or 4.5 for AS. :exc:

Ps - Nice to see someone from Jacksonville here too. :approve:

You may have to resort to deleting the activesync partnership on your axim in order to resolve the issue. Note: this will ease everything that you sync. I have had similar issues & had to resort to this.

Do not use activesync 4.5 (it will only give you problems)!! This version should only be used with a pocket pc running WM6 or higher (according to problems experienced by various users on aximsite). Version 4.2 is the optimal version because it works with both WM2003 SE and WM5.

I've used AS 4.5 since it came out and haven't had a problem yet. :)

I do agree some ppl have reported issues. :(
