converting video files for Pocket PC

I have a Axim X51V, I was wondering if there is a free program to convert video files to Pocket PC format. Tried a regular video file and it played choppy on Pocket Pc but no problems on regular PC.

The easiest and the fastest way to get videos converted without any hassle is to use Windows Movie Maker, built in Windows XP and Vista.
Just add your video, and save it as Pocket PC Profile, use WMP on X51 and enjoy.

I use Super and it does a super job, no pun intended.

But, seriously download a copy of Super. Its free and does tons of video converting. I usually use the "avi for pocket pc" preset and then use TCPMP to play it.
