date on axim

Hello, I'v had an axim x30H for several months and just purchased another for my husband. I had the problem that the date on my axim would not keep up to date. I would manually correct it but in a few days it would happen again. I was advised to go and download a fix/patch but, don't recall where I got it. Can anyone help me, please. Thanks a bunch :)

The backup battery is 100%. It has to do with some program I have to download, had the same problem with my axim and dl a patch. This one is my husband's which I just bought a month ago. Everything is fine except for the problem I mentioned. Thanks for replying. :)
