need help in connecting axim to aol

Need help in connecting my new axim pda to aol from my desktop; so I can read emails and get on the internet while I am travelling on business. I have a 56k modem CF card and the cables...I will want to hook up with phone lines in hotels etc. I do not know where or how to start. I am hoping that someone who knows how to set this up will give me specific details on what i need to do. Just how do you go about setting up for this. Thanks for your help.

To connect to AOL via a Pocket PC, you must purchase the AOL 2.0 for Pocket PC software. AOL sells it on their website for $19.99. Click Here For Link

All you need to do is load this software on your Axim, put in your CF card modem, connect to phone line, and connect. You should be able to use the AOL dial-up number for whatever local area the hotel is in. I don't use AOL, so I'm not sure if the PocketPC software has an option to look up local numbers in the area.....or if you need to do that yourself, prior to your trip.
