Question Alarm sounds

Does anybody know how you can get different sounds to ring using the Axim's alarm? Or does anybody know what format the sounds should be in and what folder they go to? Thanks.

On my x50 with 2003se, you could put wav files in the /windows folder and they would work fine. I used the default saving format for Sound Recorder on XP and it worked fine.

Speaking of customizing sounds, you can also on 2003se place a wav file of the same name over top of any of the default sounds you want to change and it works to change sounds.

I tried looking for that Windows folder but couldn't see it, Would it also work if I put the files into Application Data>Sounds?

To see the Windows folder:
1. Sync your Axim to your PC
2. Find it in "My computer" or "Computer"
3. In that window, tools-->Folder Options-->View-->Check "Show hidden files and folders" and "Hide protected operating system files".
4. It should appear...

Ok, I found the folders and all that good stuff but when I go to my alarms to choose the new sound, it won't let me highlight my new music(It was the Killers =P). It was in .wav format also.

Ok well... Thank you all for trying but I found the solution! If anybody else is like me & wants to use their own music in the axim's alarm clock, I found a neat replacement that allows you to do that! You can find it at AGEye.de: Home of G-Alarm, G-Watch, G-Light, G-Invaders and Caver. It's the galarm.
