Hi,
I use my Axim x30 with wifi to access my email messages. I have never had any problems until a few months ago when I found I could no longer access my Hotmail account. I know Hotmail is changing to Live mail which may have had some bearing on the problem but try as I might I cannot get to Hotmails site or anywhere else which might be able to help. I cannot log on to the Live site either. My two pop3 personal emails still work fine. Would be grateful if anyone can explain what has happened and how I might once more access my Hotmail account. Many thanks.

Not sure what the problem could be - the web page is still accessible. You mean you can't logon from your X30?

I am aware that MS "broke" hotmail access for users of Outlook Express - this may be the same mechanism your X30 was using. If it is, then you're going to have to use only your POP3 services now. I doubt seriously that the problem is at your end, they definitely changed how it's accessed.

Hi,
No I can't log on to Hotmail at all. However, I can still do it from OE on my desktop. I am simply rerouted to Live where I can then log in and get my messages. Even if I try to access Live on my Axim I can't do it. It's annoying. I'm sure I haven't changed anything but there must be a way I can log into Live surely?

Have you tried going to mobile.live.com?

Yes but I can't get to it. It's almost as if I'm somehow blocked from access yet I can go to all other sites. I'm baffled!
