Looking for report database

My work uses access for a report database...looking for something that i can use with my 50X..any ideas...need something that can track active reports, notes on those reports, and a search function by name, number, ect...

There are a few Database programs about, one that springs to mind is HandBase.
This one can sync with an Access database.
