Question Transfer from Palm IIIxe to Axim X50

Hi,

I've been using a Palm IIIxe for yeeaaaaars.

Now, I have "upgraded" to an Axim X50. Here's my question: can I transfer all the information (contacts, schedule, etc) in my Palm to my Axim?

If so, what is the process?

Thanks. Ted

You can migrate most all your data to your Pocket PC. See this link for detailed instructions on how to do it (this article is written for IPAQs but should still be applicable to Axims).

This has nothing to do with your contacts, schedule etc, but you can try style tap the palm emulator, I use it a little, but nothing serious. Congrats on the jump, the big jump :D

You can also use: Chapura offers a product called PocketCopy ($20) that allows you to copy all your vital Palm desktop information (address book, calendar, contacts, to-do list, and so on) into Microsoft Outlook.

Check them out!

I used PocketCopy when I made the exact same transition a few years ago. Worked great.
