1. there is nothing on that page that can be changed - it's simply reporting the network it has associated with.
2. Normally you do not need to add networks on the Configure Wireless Networks page. The list includes all the networks available (in range) and all that you've previously connected to. You can only 'remove' networks that are out of range. Tapping on the network name gives you the option to change some settings (Connects to: Work or The Internet, Work is usually the best choice; the Network Key can be entered, if you use WEP, enter in hexadecimal format). You can only see the Configure Wireless Networks page when WiFi is turned on.
3. Based on the info, I don't think you are missing any popup menus. If you want to 'start fresh,' you can temporarily unplug the router, remove the settings (from the Configure Wireless Networks page), then restart the router. When your Axim finds the network, chose 'Work' from the option and fill in the network key.
