I have the latest mobility centre on Vista Home prem. My PDA is seen fine and I can set up a partnership. I can also back-up with no problems. But I cannot synch. The PDA sits there trying to synch and the PC says synch failed after a minute or so.

Have already deleted partnership and retried several times now with no luck.

Am running Pocket Informant in case someone knows an issue.

Maybe your cable or cradle is bad. Try a Bluetooth sync.

If my cradle was bad how can I successfully back up.

cannot do Bluetooth as the PC is not bluetooth enabled.

I can now confirm that Bluetooth sych also does not work. Are there any known issues with the Axim and vista synch?

When you say "mobility centre" do you mean "Windows Mobile Device Center"

I think mobility centre is for audio etc.

Windows Mobile Device Center is the ActiveStnc of Vista.
