I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We use daylight saving time, I am using "Mountain US" as time zone, the next day the time reads 1 hour less than it should be. Can someone tell me what time zone I should use.

You are using the correct time zone, according to this.
You need to install the Daylight Saving Time update, found here.
